Through her extensive background and experience in Occupational Rehabilitation working one-on-one with clients reintegrating them into the workforce, Cindy has developed the active listening and career assessment skills that represent great value for our clients and candidates.

Cindy firmly believes that finding the right fit for a candidate encourages advancement in both the individual and the organization that they become a part of.

Currently working on completing a dual degree, combining a Masters in Business Administration and a Masters in Organizational Management, Cindy is pursuing her education in the fields of team development, staffing structures and change management.

Cindy currently holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree with honors in psychology from Brock University in Ontario.
